How does the pricing work?
At Intouch, our pricing philosophy is based on customers paying for what they use, and we design our software and services to scale as your business needs grow.
Because we are used to working with enterprise-level organizations, we understand the need to design subscription plans that are flexible and tailored to unique business needs, and as such, we offer a combination of location, user, and usage-based pricing models.

Is a credit card required for the 14-day trial?
No credit card is required to sign-up for the 14-day free trial of IntouchCheck™.

Is there a seat limit for IntouchCheck™?
Our plans and pricing are typically location-based, which means we charge based on the number of locations you have - not the number of users. This pricing ensures you are able to get the MOST benefit from using IntouchCheck™ without compromising usage.
In the case where location-based pricing doesn't make sense, we will work with each client to determine the optimal pricing for your use case, which may include limiting the number of users with access to the system.

Are the subscriptions monthly or annual?
Both! We typically bill on a monthly basis for IntouchCheck™ but if annual pricing is better for your situation we can accommodate that.

How does IntouchCheck™ work with other intouch products?
IntouchCheck™ is just one of Intouch Insight’s products built on the Intouch Insight platform.
This means that all operational data collected through IntouchCheck™ can be analyzed side-by-side with your voice of customer or mystery shopping data to better understand how your operating procedures are impacting your customer experiences.
