Petro-Convenience Industry Outperforms QSR

 

The results are in! According to a recent study performed by Intouch Insight, the petro-convenience industry scored higher on aggregate than the QSR industry on five key areas of customer service.

In the video, Watt reveals the results of Intouch's annual benchmarking study performed in partnership with CSP Magazine, a division of Winsight Media (now Informa Connect), and how the results compare to a parallel study conducted in the QSR industry.
