As we move through July, we're excited to announce three new features in Intouch Intelligence (IQ) that enhance usability and provide deeper insights. This month's updates include an enhancement to saved filters, the addition of a legend on the Question Summary Dashboard, and a new metric for reporting on case resolution times.
Intouch Intelligence (IQ)
What’s New?
Users can now see the details of each saved filter in the saved filters tab of the settings page.
How it Works
Previously, users could only see a list of saved filters and only see the details once the filter was applied. Now, by clicking "view details," users can see the specific filters present within each saved filter.
Why it Matters
This enhancement provides greater transparency and control, saving users the time of having to apply a filter before seeing its details, and allowing them to better understand and manage their saved filters.
What’s New?
The Question Summary Dashboard now includes a legend.
How it Works
The legend displays the score range for the colors shown in the dashboard, enhancing visibility.
Note that users cannot change the range, which was also the case before; however, the fixed color ranges are now clearly displayed.
Why it Matters
This update improves clarity and usability by providing immediate context for the color-coded data, helping users quickly interpret the information.
What’s New?
Users can now report on the time to resolution for cases.
How it Works
This new metric can be utilized in custom dashboards and record lists containing cases data, offering a new dimension of analysis.
