Media Gallery Export: Preview Export Quantity Feature
What's New?
- Before finalizing the export via the media gallery, you now have the ability to preview the quantity of files being exported.
How it Works:
- The confirmation modal for media gallery export will display the number of records containing media. While it won't precisely reveal the total number of media files being exported (since one record may have multiple media files), it gives you a ballpark figure of what to expect.
Why It Matters:
- This feature aims to prevent unintentional exports of large numbers of media files. By providing users with a preview of the export quantity, they can make more informed decisions, reducing the likelihood of exporting more files than intended.
Simplified Trigger Control in Intelligence (IQ)
What's New?
- Enabling or disabling triggers in IQ is now easier than ever!
How it Works:
- Users with trigger access in IQ can now conveniently enable or disable triggers directly from the triggers page using the triple dot menu in each row (on the right-hand side). The menu dynamically displays options based on the current state of the trigger, streamlining the process. You no longer need to navigate into each individual trigger to toggle its status.
Why It Matters:
- This update enhances user efficiency by eliminating the need for repetitive clicks to manage triggers. With the new triple dot feature, users can quickly toggle trigger states, improving workflow and productivity in IQ.
