CX Tech Top-ups: IntouchCheck® Updates and New Templates!

Written by Olivia McEwen | June 24, 2024

This June, we're excited to announce two new updates designed to enhance the IntouchCheck® user experience. These updates focus on improving the efficiency and usability of managing follow-ups and editing checklists. Additionally, we are introducing four new IntouchCheck® Templates to help streamline your operations.

Intouch Insight Platform

Filter Follow-ups by Checklist Name

What’s New?

We have introduced a new feature that allows users to filter follow-ups based on the checklist names. This means you can now quickly and easily locate and manage specific follow-ups without having to sift through unrelated ones.

How it Works

  • Step 1: In Check, navigate to the follow-ups section.

  • Step 2: Use the new filter option to select the checklist name you are interested in.

  • Step 3: The follow-ups will be filtered to display only those associated with the selected checklist name.

This straightforward filtering process saves time and reduces the complexity of managing follow-ups.

Why it Matters

Efficiency is key in managing follow-ups, especially when dealing with multiple checklists. By allowing users to filter follow-ups by checklist name, we help streamline the process, making it faster and more efficient. This not only saves time but also reduces the potential for oversight or errors, ensuring that every follow-up is handled promptly and accurately.

Easy Access to Skip Logic

What’s New?

IntouchCheck® Admin users can now enjoy a more streamlined process for managing skip logic. While editing a checklist, you can click on the skip logic icon directly within the question to view and edit the associated logic, making adjustments faster and more intuitive.

How it Works

  • Step 1: Open the checklist you want to edit.

  • Step 2: Click on the skip logic icon located next to the relevant question.

  • Step 3: View and edit the skip logic directly in the pop-up window that appears on the left-hand side.

This enhancement makes it significantly easier for admin users to manage skip logic without navigating away from the checklist.

Why it Matters

With the new direct access feature, admin users can easily view and edit skip logic within the checklist itself. This enhancement simplifies the editing process, reduces the time spent on adjustments, and improves the overall user experience by making checklist management more intuitive.

IntouchCheck® Templates

At Intouch Insight, we are always looking for new ways to save our customers time. This month, we have added four new checklist templates to the IntouchCheck® template library.

To access the template library, simply head over to IntouchCheck® and click “Create”. The next page you will be brought to is our template library.

When you see a checklist template that you would like to use, all you need to do is click it, give the checklist a name, and you will be brought to the checklist builder. You will find all of the questions from the template populated in your checklist. From here you can edit questions that are already there, remove any unwanted questions, and add any new questions.

Templates are an efficient way to get started in the IntouchCheck® platform and a great way to save time.
