CX Tech Top-ups: Do more with dashboards!

Here at Intouch Insight we are always looking to launch new features that will help you to achieve customer experience excellence. This month we have launched several new features to the Intouch Platform that we can’t wait for you to begin using.

Download and/or Subscribe to the Question Summary Dashboard

The Question Summary Dashboard gives users a summary of questions in a product or program. Users can see how many responses have been collected, average score and section scores, as well as a detailed breakdown of each question response.

Our new feature allows users to “Download” and/or “Subscribe” to the Question Summary dashboard. Downloading the dashboard will allow you to easily share results with your team. In addition, subscribing to the dashboard will ensure that you will always be provided with up to date information at the frequency you choose.

To configure, head to the Question Summary Dashboard and select either the envelope to subscribe to the dashboard, or the arrow to download it.

Analyze Question Comments in the Comments Dashboard

Are you interested in analyzing not just the response to questions, but also the comments “attached” to these questions? Mystery shoppers and Auditors can add comments to any question while filling their Shop, Audit or Check form. The Comments Dashboard offers users a one stop place to review all comments captured across programs, including comments that are attached to questions.

To configure, while creating a new Comments Dashboard, simply select “Question Comments” as the data source. This data source will show all comments “attached” to any question from a completed Shop, Audit or Check record.
