At Intouch Insight, we're dedicated to improving our software so our users can keep delivering top-notch customer experiences. This month, we're thrilled to unveil new features within the Intouch Insight Platform.
Intouch Insight Platform
Restoring Deleted Checks
We're excited to introduce a new feature that streamlines check management for admins and users. Here's what you need to know:
What's New?
- 'Deleted' Check Listing: Find all deleted checks in one place under Check Admin -> Check Management.
- Simple Restoration: Quickly restore any check by clicking the Restore icon.
How It Works:
- Traceable Restoration: All restoration actions are logged in the Trace Log for transparency.
- Seamless Continuity: Restored checks reappear in the 'In Progress' listing, and assignees are notified via email for smooth continuation.
Why It Matters:
- Undo Mistakes: Easily rectify accidental deletions, saving time and effort.
- Retrieve Data: Recover important data associated with deleted checks.
- Continued Progress: Ensure uninterrupted workflow by re-assigning checks to original users for seamless continuation.
Important Note: Only 'In Progress' or incomplete checks can be deleted and restored by users.
Deleting admin-assigned Checks
What's New?
- User-Friendly Deletion: If you have access to ‘Audit Approval and Assignment’ in Check, you can now delete admin-assigned checks from 'Check Management’ under Admin Assigned listings.
How to use this feature:
- Go to 'Check Management → Admin Assigned'.
- Click the three dots next to the pending check.
- Choose 'Delete the Check'.
With these steps, managing your checks is simpler, ensuring your workflow stays on track.
Important Note: Only admin-assigned checks with a 'Pending' status can be deleted—ones that haven't been started yet.
Why It Matters:
- Fixing Mistakes: Previously, once an admin user assigned an audit, you couldn't delete it if it hadn't started. This meant you couldn't remove accidentally assigned, outdated, or unnecessary checks. Now, you can delete these checks to keep the list accurate.
Enhancements to Completed Checklist Emails
What's New?
- Improved Email Subjects: Now, the email subject shows the location, so you can see everything you need at a glance.
- Handy Follow-up Links: Plus, we've added direct links to follow-up actions. This means you can easily access them with just one click.
Why It Matters:
- Including the location in the email subject gives users a quick overview. This is especially beneficial for regional managers handling updates from various locations.
- With the direct link in place, when a user receives the email, they can directly access the follow up details with a single click.
Stay tuned for more updates as we keep working to make our platform even better!
