Celebrating Inclusivity at Intouch Insight

Celebrating Inclusivity at Intouch Insight

International Women’s Day is here. This year’s theme is #EachforEqual, highlighting the importance of celebrating achievements regardless of gender. Advocating for equality, diversity and inclusivity, especially in the tech-sector, “...is not [just] a women's issue, it's a business issue.” It is important for individuals and businesses alike to realize that, ”...gender equality is essential for economies and communities to thrive.”

This message of equality is something that resonates strongly at Intouch Insight. As an organization, we continue to value the diversity of our workforce and the inclusivity of our culture. As of today, 62% of Intouch Insight employees are women, including 50% of the executive team.

Our focus to build a team with values that align with our culture has organically resulted in women holding positions that tend to be male-dominated, especially in the tech-sector. The 2020 Global Gender Gap Report highlighted in its key findings that, “... women are underrepresented in six of the eight micro-clusters with the highest employment growth rate (people and culture, content production, marketing, sales, specialized project managers, data science and AI, engineering and cloud computing).” Intouch Insight is proud to have women in roles such as manager of Product Management, senior Data Analyst, Chief Financial Officer, Director of Marketing, VP of Operations and Executive Vice President.

In the same way that our clients care deeply about the Voice of Customer (VoC), we highly value the voice of our employees and want to ensure that we are enabling their success. As a growing company, we will continue to strive for excellence in all aspects of our business and to operate as a forward-thinking innovator, and as a champion of all people in technology, regardless of age, gender, or race.

Happy International Women’s Day!
